This week challenge has started and the goal is to increase the time of your thoughtless awareness by 5 minutes, sounds easy?

Let’s make it more interesting, it has to be continuous thoughtless awareness for 5 minutes. Any thought will reset the timer.

We hope your attention don’t go into the watch checking the goal. ?
